The Committee for Justice has filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Illumina v. FTC, challenging the constitutionality of the Federal Trade Commission's structure. The case involves the FTC's attempt to block Illumina's merger with Grail, the maker of a first-of-its-kind multi-cancer early detection test.
