Ashley Baker

Newsmax: "Curt Levey, a lawyer and president of the Committee for Justice, a Washington, D.C.-based organization devoted to advancing constitutionally limited government and individual liberty, said affirmative action policies are more about the institution considering them than the students affected by them.

'Justice Thomas had a good line in Grutter, stating that [race-based admission policy] was all about esthetics — it really didn’t help minorities,” Levey said. “It’s just intended to allow university presidents to feel better about themselves.'"
